of work meet at the Barn to share their writing. Held from 7:00 pm to 9:00 pm, this evening is open to all, whether you want to read your own poetry,

SD Rosemaling Association
The South Dakota Rosemaler's meet in the Horse Barn Loft Gallery
every first and third Monday from 10:00 am to 2:00 or so in the

work and to find out how to begin yourself!
Spinning Sundays
Every Second Sunday is Spinning Sunday at the Horse Barn Arts
Center. Local spinners spend the afternoon plying their yarns,
spinning their tales -- or is it plying their tales and spinning
their yarns? No matter... Stop by the Horse Barn on these special
Sundays to watch spinners practicing an ancient art form. Ask
questions, or find out how you might begin spinning!
Watercolor Painting Group
This informal group of watercolorists meets in the Horse Barn
every fourth Tuesday evening from 6-9 pm to share techniques, news of other painting opportunities, and time to just paint! There
is no charge -- painters bring their own materials. This is open to anyone interested in furthering their watercolor experience.
Writing Group
Join this new, informal group of people wishing to improve their
writing and wanting a sympathethic, but constructively critical, to use for bouncing off ideas. Help shape the format of the group as it is new. Level
of experience is not as important as the desire to write and the desire to help others with their writing.
